To the editor:

On Dec 19th/22 early evening, I began to feel unwell.

Needing help, I called 911, requesting an ambulance. I was told immediately it was on the way to my home.

This whole experience was handled "Very Professionally."

Within 10 minutes, Bonfield's "First Response " was at my door. They quickly stabilized me and were getting me ready for transport. Within another 15 minutes, the ambulance from North Bay .arrived and I was placed in their hands. They quickly had me placed in the ambulance, and on the way to North Bay Hospital Health Center, within minutes.

Upon arrival, I was immediately met by doctors, and treatment began. I was informed of what they were doing, and why at all times.

Several hours later I was removed from the Emergency to a recovery room and monitored 24/7 until I was considered stable.

I am writing this because too many people complain about our health system and the hospital/staff from Emergency Ambulance service/First Responders etc...to [too many to remember ] need to be complimented more for the excellent care they give.

They are all true professionals and in spite of all the criticism lately, they are certainly doing an excellent job...I want to "THANK YOU ALL for my care"...and treatment.
