To the editor:
I live on Third Avenue East, the last dirt road in North Bay. Hands the Family Network building is there. They do not allow smoking on their property so people smoke in front of my house on the public road and discard their butts there.
I am continually complaining to the city regarding smokers discarding their cigarette butts on this road.
I am cleaning up this crap steadily.
Enough with the disgusting cigarette butts. Today people were visiting there and emptied their ashtray on the road.
Enough!
Can we not put a big ashtray somewhere? it makes me sick. I am tired of cleaning it up.
