To the editor:
Waiting for an average of 5 and up to 12 hours in emerg this weekend makes me wish we had more comfortable chairs.
The staff are amazing and compassionate during night shift, but the chairs leave a lot to desire.
Especially considering we have to wait overnight, why can’t they at least be reclining?
