The RPN team lead is a key position of the care team for each unit who helps staff plan and coordinate resident care, ensures standards and policies are followed, advocates for residents via direct monitoring, managing concerns and effectively working with families.
The FJ Davey Home is holistic care environment with full time Infection Control and Education support, BSO, Activities, Social Worker, Nurse Practitioner, RN, and RAI collaboration.
