MAN THREATENED WITH KNIFE On Aug. 26 during the late afternoon hours an argument ensued within a residence in North Bay. At this time a woman took a knife and threatened a man. Both subjects are known to each other. Cst.

COUNTERFEITER ARRESTED On the 25th of Aug. during the afternoon hours constables Bill Gainforth and Dave Wilson of the North Bay Police Service received a call to attend a local movie theatre on Lakeshore Drive.

CALLS LAND MAN IN JAIL On the 30th of June a man called the Emergency 911 dispatcher on two separate occasions, and threatened to blow up the houses of two local lawyers as well as causing them death. Cst.

WOMAN STRIKES MAN On Aug. 21 shortly after midnight, an argument ensued within a residence in North Bay. A woman broke a beer bottle over the head of a man known to her. He required medical attention and received several cuts to the head area. Cst.

ANOTHER ARREST RE LARGE FIGHT On Aug. 19 during the afternoon hours detective constables Ray Yelle and Barry Ramsay of the North Bay Police Service attended a residence on Wickstead Avenue and effected an arrest.

INAPPROPRIATE SEXUAL ACTIVITY On the 18th of Aug. at the North Bay Police Service headquarters, Det. Cst. Barry Ramsay arrested a male individual in relation to a sexual assault complaint.

LOADED GUN CLIPS On Aug. 17 at 3 PM constables Paul Brewer and Steve Trahan of the North Bay Police Service attended a home on Greenhill Avenue in regards to a weapons search, and also for the related safety issue of children within that home.

WEAPONS DANGEROUS On Aug. 16 shortly after 10 PM a man got into an argument withmanother patron in a North Bay bar. This man was evicted and later returned with a 2x2 piece of wood and began to threaten the patrons. Cst.

MAN THREATENS BY TELEPHONE On Aug. 8 shortly after 1 a.m. a man called another man in North Bay and threatened to kill him. The North Bay Police Service was notified and Cst. Sue Solman, with back-up, attended a local motel and arrested a male.
