Weeken d Over the weekend the North Bay Police responded to 188 calls for service that resulted in 12 arrests.

Missing Methadone Sometime between the 4th and 5th of February, 2014, 5 bottles of Methadone went missing from a residence in the downtown area of North Bay.

At approximately 11 a.m. this morning Feb 5th a 69 year old man had just finished swimming lengths at the YMCA and was talking to one of the lifeguards when he collapsed in front of her.

Break and Enters Between 3:45 p.m. February 1 and 8:30 a.m. February 3, entry was attempted at two businesses on Marshall Ave. A front door window was smashed at one business but entry was not gained.

Weekend Over the weekend the North Bay Police responded to 199 calls for service that resulted in 18 arrests.

Assault with a Weapon On January 30 at 2 p.m., a family dispute resulted in allegations that a male young offender assaulted a family member, threatened to kill the other person with a knife, then retrieved the knife, waving it around.

2013 Impaired Driving Stats In 2013 the North Bay Police charged 69 people with 83 impaired driving related offences. Charges included 34 impaired driving by alcohol, 43 over .

Break and Enter On January 28 2014 at about 1:30 a.m., a hole was cut in a fenced compound on Graham St. A snow machine and a quantity of copper wire were then stolen from a building inside the compound.

Grocery Store Theft The North Bay police are requesting the media’s assistance in identifying a suspect in relation to a theft that took place on the 30th December 2013 at a local grocery store.

Weekend Over the weekend the North Bay Police responded to 195 calls for service that resulted in 10 arrests. Offences included assault, domestic assaults, impaired driving, breach of court orders and public intoxication.
