Street crime charge three people for drug offences
On October 6, 2015, as a result of an ongoing North Bay Police Service Street Crime Investigation into Heroin Trafficking, police arrested two individuals in a motor vehicle where a small amount of heroin was located.
Further arrests were made where currency was located on the suspect(s).
The execution of two CDSA search warrants revealed approximately $10,000 worth of Heroin in a Second Avenue West Home and A Hardy Street residence.
Simon Bartolo age 60 of North Bay is charged with and held in Custody for:
- Two counts of Trafficking Heroin
- One count of Possession for Purpose of Trafficking
- One count of possession of Property obtained by crime
Amy Marleau age 30 and Tyler Moring age 22 of North Bay is charged with;
- One count of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Heroin
Both were released from custody with a Court date in November.
