BREAK AND ENTER ARREST
As a result of an investigation into a break and enter that occurred overnight Oct. 4 into a residence on High St. in Callander, constables Fernando Cirullo and Aaron Northrup of the North Bay Police Service have recently made an arrest.

Waylon Stewart, 18, of Division St. in North Bay is charged with break and enter with intent.
He remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.


BICYCLES ON SIDEWALKS
The North Bay Police Service has received several complaints of bicyclists on sidewalks.
These cyclists ignore pedestrians and on some occasions
injuries to these pedestrians have occurred.
Officers of the North Bay Police Service will be charging cyclists who are seen on sidewalks within North Bay.


YOUTH ROBBED OF DOPE
On Oct. 19, several teenage male youths met with another male teenager in North Bay to buy marijuana from him.
They confronted him and one of the youths in question held a broken piece of 2X4.

Under this threat they robbed him of the marijuana he was carrying.

The next day the male victim saw 3 of the youths from the day before and approached them on the street.
At this time he had a metal pipe in his possession and struck one person from the group in the arm.
The North Bay Police Service became aware of these incidents and have charged the first 14 year old male youth who brought marijuana with a weapons offence in regards to the pipe. Another 15 year old male youth from the first gang has been charged with Robbery. The investigation continues.

BREAK AND ENTER
Between daylight hours on Oct. 20, thieves entered an unlocked home in the 400 block of Wickstead Av. The thieves stole a DVD player and 11 DVD movies as well as a laptop computer.
