FIGHTING WITH OFFICERS
On Nov. 10 during the evening hours constables Peter Brunette and Aimee Ethier of the North Bay Police Service attempted to arrest a male in regards to an outstanding arrest warrant.
This person was within a home and once the officers attempted to handcuff him, he began to fight and kick
at the officers.
He was finally subdued and removed from the residence.
No injuries were sustained.
Richard James EDWARDS, 18, of Main St. E., is charged with assault with intent to resist arrest and the original arrest warrant for being unlawfully at large. He remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.

THEFT OF ATV
Overnight Nov. 9 thieves entered a back yard to a home in the 500 block of Kehoe St. and stole a 1991 Yamaha 350 Big Bear ATV.
This vehicle was painted black with the original colour green showing under the flaking paint. The following accessories are noted on the machine: a basket on the front and back, a black gun case and a winch. The Ontario plate
number is 15EH7.
At 11:30 p.m. three subjects were seen in the back yard and they are described as two males wearing white ball caps and the third subject was possibly female.

FLARE GUNS STOLEN
Overnight on the 9th of Nov. thieves entered the rear storage yard of Idylltyme Marine on Trout Lake Rd. and cut into several winter wrapped boats. They then stole 6 flare guns and numerous cartridges. It is believed that young people committed these acts and there is a concern for personal
safety as these weapons could prove dangerous in the wrong hands.
