STOLEN TRUCK
Shortly after 3 PM on March 23 a 1988 black Ford half-ton was stolen from the 500 block of McKeown Avenue. This vehicle had a wooden 2x4 rack. The keys had been left in the ignition and the Ontario licence plate is 555 7HH. A white male approximately 6 feet tall with short brown hair and wearing a yellow jacket was seen getting into this vehicle and driving away.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES
At 3:30 PM March 23, a 10-year-old girl was walking home from Vincent Massey school and had just left the parking lot when an older red four-door car left the adjoining ski hill parking lot and stopped near her. A 17 to 19-year-old male then exited this vehicle and began pointing a larger video camera in her direction. At this point the young girl ran home and the North Bay Police Service were contacted a short time later.

This vehicle also had a young white male passenger within.

The driver is described as a white male, 17 to 19 years old, unshaven face (three days growth) and was wearing a red baseball cap in a backward position, sunglasses, baggy blue jeans and running shoes.

Anyone with information on this crime or any other are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 476-8477.
