Break and enter A North Bay man has been charged following a break and enter on Booth Road Tuesday. The North Bay Police Service says around 10:45 a.m. a man entered a residence through an open kitchen window while the female occupant slept.

A North Bay man has been charged following a break and enter on Booth Road Tuesday.

The North Bay Police Service says around 10:45 a.m. a man entered a residence through an open kitchen window while the female occupant slept.

The female awoke and fled after a brief argument and called police from a neighbour's place.

Michael Perotta, 33, of Main Street West, is charged with break and enter with intent and is in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
