TOWN HALL MEETING RESULTS
Members of the North Bay Police Service and Nipissing University hosted their fourth town hall meeting at Eaton Court last night. These meetings are providing the public with the opportunity to assist the police in setting
policing priorities in their Business Plan for 2004-2007.

Approximately 20 people attended and they did not hesitate to provide their input.
Major issues identified included speeding on Trout Lake
Rd. and aggressive driving in general.
With winter approaching, concerns were also expressed regarding high snowbanks and the difficulties they
presented to both drivers and pedestrians.

The next meetings are scheduled for tonight at Trussler School starting at 7 p.m., and Wednesday, Nov. 5, at 7 PM and at the Callander Legion Branch 445.
