FORGED PRESCRIPTION
On Oct. 30 a man tried to submit a forged prescription at a local pharmacy in North Bay. He was refused,and later employees of this pharmacy found another forged prescription by this same man.
The North Bay Police Service was notified and Cst. Christy Lafrance and Alain Bedard arrested a male person in relation to this incident on the 4th of Nov. at a residential address in town.
Jason Francis Cousins, 26, of no fixed address, is charged with two counts of Forgery and Uttering a Forged Document. He remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
