The following is a news release from North Bay Police:

Break and enter to local business

On Sept. 7, 2017 at approximately 7:30 a.m. an unknown suspect(s) did break and enter the Parkside Animal Hospital, located at 6 Lakeshore Drive. Entry was gained by prying open a rear door.

If anyone has information regarding this Break and enter, please contact Constable S. Solman of the North Bay Police Services, or crime stoppers.

Residential break and enter

Between Sept. 6 and 7, 2017, unknown suspect(s) gained entry into a residence in the 800 block of Amelia St, by forcing open a door.  The residence had been ransacked and numerous personal belongings taken. The North Bay Police Service is investigating.

Man charged with multiple counts of break and enter

On Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017, after an ongoing police investigation, the North Bay Police street crime unit arrested a male in connection to several break and enters in the city over the past week.

Charged is:

Jeffry Allan Parker, 45 years old of North Bay with:
13 counts of break and enter
5 counts of breach of recognizance

The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
