Nipissing West OPP has identified the remains of two people, found following a fire in Sturgeon Falls earlier this month, but not their cause of death.
Police and Fire Service responded to a fire on Quesnel Road, shortly before 9 a.m. on November 2. Two people were found dead inside.

They have now been identified as husband and wife Joseph Brunet, 91, and Lorraine Brunet, 81, both from Sturgeon Falls.
"Police will not be disclosing the cause of death for either individual at this time," says Constable Rob Lewis.
There is no threat to public safety add police.
The OPP Nipissing West Crime Unit, under the direction of the Criminal Investigation Branch and OPP North Bay Forensic Identification Services, are continuing this investigation.
Investigators are working in conjunction with the Office of the Fire Marshal and the Office of the Chief Coroner for Ontario and Ontario Forensic Pathology Service.
