Police charge three men with being unlawfully in a dwelling

North Bay police arrested three men on charges of being unlawfully in a dwelling house Sunday.

Police responded to a report that the three had unlawfully entered an unoccupied residence on Main Street East. Upon arrival, police found the men in the residence and they were arrested and charged.  

Cameron Blueboy, 22, and Michael Raymond Cawthorn. 38, both of North Bay are each charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling house

Brandon Michael Gordon Turgeon, 33, of Commanda faces the same charge.

Turgeon and Blueboy were held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse. Cawthorn was released on an undertaking and is set to appear before the court on January 3, 2023.
