OPP seeking help with two theft crimes

On April 25, at 8:36 a.m., North Bay OPP responded to a break and enter at a rock quarry worksite, on Driver Camp Road, off of McConnel Lake Road, Unorganized Township.      

Sometime, from April 21-25, a thief broke into the worksite, damaged the front gate, and stole property.

The items taken, include two camo-pattern two-way radios, diesel fuel, three 100-pound propane tanks, and a Milwaukee battery and battery charger.

Officers are seeking the public's assistance in locating the missing property and identifying the thief.

As well, on April 23, at 10:15 a.m., police responded to a break and enter at a seasonal property on McOrmond Road, Papineau-Cameron Township.     

Sometime, between January 16 and April 22, a thief entered the cabin and stole some personal property.

The items taken, include a Stihl chainsaw, 200-foot extension cord, and 120-piece drill bit.
