On September 13, at around 6 p.m., Nipissing West OPP investigated a neighbour disturbance on Lac Deux Milles Road, Sturgeon Falls.
As a result of the investigation, Daniel Dorval, 61, from West Nipissing, was arrested and charged with two counts of, assault.
Dorval was released on an undertaking and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on October 7, in West Nipissing.
