BREAK AND ENTER
On the Oct. 18 between 12:45 PM and 1:30 PM thieves entered a home on Charlton Cr.escent through a kitchen window at the rear of the residence. They stole liquor, medication and a 35 mm camera as well as numerous pieces of jewellery. These include a small gold ring with a diamond in the middle and a smaller one on each side, a diamond pendant set in platinum, 7 sets of earrings being a sapphire, ruby, emerald, amethyst, pearl, jade and diamond. An oval cameo with a figure of a young girl with hair tied back, edges like a picture frame and tiny seed pearls all around. These were contained in a green leather jewellery pouch. The entire loss is estimated at over $6000.
