INTERNET DANGER During March of this year a 13-year-old girl met a 20-year old-man in a chat line on the internet. The girl is from North Bay and the man is from Timmins. On March 27 they both met and had consensual sex in North Bay. Cst.

During March of this year a 13-year-old girl met a 20-year old-man in a chat line on the internet. The girl is from North Bay and the man is from Timmins.

On March 27 they both met and had consensual sex in North Bay. Cst. Brewer, Greg McClenaghan and Jim Warren of the North Bay Police Service attended at a North Bay hotel and arrested this man.

Matthew KING, 20, of Elms St. in Timmins is charged with Sexual Assault and Sexual Interference. He is to attend court May 11.



MAN BURNS WOMAN
On March 27 Cst. Chris Johnson and Vicky Tisdelle of the North Bay Police Service attended a home within the city and arrested a man who had allegedly assaulted a woman. This woman had a swollen lip and had a burn to her chest.

Christopher SAUCIER, 46, of Main Street W. is charged with Assault and Assault With a Weapon. He remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.



BREAK AND ENTERS
Overnight March 27 thieves entered an unlocked garage in the 800 block of Galt Street and stole a Santa Cruz light grey snow board valued at $400, and also a Craftsman metric socket set.

Between 11:30 AM and 3 PM thieves entered an unlocked apartment in the 200 block of Second Avenue E. and stole two VCRs, a DVD player, a CD player and numerous videos.

Overnight on March 27 thieves entered Pro North Transport on Birches Road and stole a computer monitor and a scanner with a value of $450.
