The following is a news release issued by the North Bay Police Service:

On Thursday, Sept. 14 2017 at approximately 4 p.m., a lone female was walking along the John Kennedy Park trail off Jane Street in North Bay.

While on the trail, the female was approached by two males not known to her. The two males began to chase the female, one male attempting to grab the female on the shoulder.

The female fled the area and reported the incident to police.

The description of the two males are:

Male #1

  • Caucasian

  • Mid to late 20’s

  • Tall, thin build

  • Black hoody over his head

  • Grey pants

  • Light facial hair

 

Male #2

  • Caucasian

  • Mid to late 20’s

  • Tall thin build

  • Long dark curly wavy hair

  • Clean shaven

  • White muscle shirt

  • Dark blue shorts

 

Investigation is continuing.
