BREAK IN AND ASSAULT On Nov. 27 during the afternoon, a woman broke into a home in North Bay and then attacked the female occupant inside. The victim was punched and was struck with a telephone. She received minor injuries.

On Nov. 27 during the afternoon, a woman broke into a home in North Bay and then attacked the female occupant inside.

The victim was punched and was struck with a telephone. She received minor injuries. The victim is known by the assailant. Later that day Cst. Ken Rice and Jody
Dehaas of the North Bay Police Service arrested a female person in relation to this incident.

Jennifer McMILLAN 32 years old of Oak St. E. is charged with break and nnter and commit assault. She is to appear in court Jan. 6.

THEFT OVER

Overnight Nov. 26, thieves entered two trailers belonging to
Expertech on Commerce Court and stole three generators and a halogen light.


BREAK AND ENTERS
Overnight Nov. 22 thieves entered a home in the 500 block of Ski Club Road and stole bottles of prescription medication (Percocets and Buscopan) along with a box of syringes. The owners were out of town when this occurred and there were no signs of forced entry.

On the Nov. 27 at approximately 2:30 a.m., three males attempted to break into a building in the 400 block of Lakeshore Drive. There are several businesses within and although no entry was gained, there was obvious damage
to the lock mechanism.

REPORTS FALSE ROBBERY
On Nov. 28 shortly after 7 a.m. a woman called 911 and reported a robbery that had just occurred. This woman stated that while walking on a city street in the north end of North Bay she was approached by a male person wearing a ski mask and brandishing a knife. Further, that this male
person robbed her of her wallet. Members of the North Bay Police Service attended the area and commenced a search for this suspect.

After a short period of time investigators confirmed that this information was false. Mary Ann BEAULIEU 34 years old of McNamara St. was arrested for public mischief
and is to appear in court on the 20th of Jan. 2004.
