At approximately 3:40 a.m. on July 13, 2016 an alarm was triggered at a convenience store on Mountainview Drive in North Bay.

At approximately 3:40 a.m. on July 13, 2016 an alarm was triggered at a convenience store on Mountainview Drive in North Bay. When police attended they observed that  the glass door was shattered and discovered that cash and a quantity of cigarettes were taken. Through a police investigation Richard Layton age 44 of North Bay has been arrested and charged with:

 

  • Break Enter and Theft
  • Breach of Probation X 2
  • Possession of controlled Substance X 2

He was held in custody pending a Bail Hearing.
