Missing person
The North Bay Police Service seeks the public’s assistance with a missing person investigation.
Larry Garant, age 47, of North Bay, was last seen on Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. on the 300 block of Oak Street West.
He is described as:
5’7”;
140 lbs.;
blue eyes;
brown hair;
last seen wearing a brown, grainy, dark grey coat and he was carrying a bicycle seat.
He owns a dark grey bicycle.
