Male arrested for exposing himself in public
A 42 year old North Bay man is charged with:
One count Indecent Act
On Thursday, Aug. 10, 2017 at approximately 2:30 p.m. police received a call from a concerned citizen advising there was a male exposing himself on the beach area at the end of Marshall Avenue. Members of the North Bay Police attended the area and located the accused nearby. He was arrested and released with a court date of Sept. 12, 2017.
