Police are investigating after a body was found on the beach of a popular city park.
"I can confirm that we are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery on June 20 of a deceased individual in Lake Nipissing," David Woolley, Corporate Communications Officer told BayToday.
"We cannot provide any further details at this time. Additional information will be released as the investigation progresses."
The beach is in the West Ferris section of North Bay.
