Passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Saturday February 10th, 2024 at the age of 82 years. He was predeceased by his wife Lise (nee Leonard).
He will be sadly missed by his siblings Joseline (André - deceased), Gertrude (Raymond - deceased), Louis-Denis (Lise), Michel (Dr. Jane Deschene), Marie-Paule (Remi), Gerard, Daniel. Also survived by his stepdaughter Tina. Also predeceased by his brothers Gilbert (Gaetane – deceased) & Eugene.
As per his wishes cremation has taken place. A funeral mass will be celebrated at the Paroisse Sacré-Coeur in Sturgeon Falls on Saturday May 18th at 10 am. The family will receive condolences starting at 9:30 am.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Darren Saunders and the nursing staff at the North Bay Regional Health Centre for the compassionate care given to Jean-Pierre.
Donations in memory of Jean-Pierre to the No More Tears West Nipissing Society would be appreciated by his family.
