United Rentals Senior Baseball playoffs

Cecil's Eatery snuck by Assante 11-10 in United Rentals Senior Baseball playoff action Monday night.

Kevin Dominico had four hits and drove in the game winning run for the Eatery.

Roch Langevin had four hits and four runs batted in for Assante.

In the other playoff game on Monday night the Astorville Lumber Kings defeated H.E. Brown Supply 10-4.

Mike Breadmore hit a pair of homers for the Lumber Kings. Josh Dean drove in three runs.

Ed Loney had a pair of hits for H.E. Brown.

On Wednesday night, Cecil's takes on the Lumber Kings and the Carte Blanche Rotarians play the Sturgeon Falls Builders.
