Another motorist has been caught having pot "readily available."
Just after noon on Dec. 13, OPP officers caught a speeder on Highway 69 in the Municipality of French River.
During the investigation the officer determined that cannabis was readily available to the driver.
A 29 year old Byng Inlet man has been charged with:
- Possession of over 30g of dried cannabis or equivalent in a public place
- Drive vehicle with cannabis readily available,
- Speeding 1-49km/h over the posted limit,
The suspected cannabis resin was seized by police.
