LACARTE, Sheila (Pitt)

With “all of our love“, the family of Sheila Lacarte announces her sudden passing on March 30, 2007 at the age of 59. Sheila was the wife, soul mate and best friend of the late Jerry Lacarte (2003). She was the beloved daughter of the late Mary and Wilfred Pitt of North Bay and the proud mother of Randy (Sandy) of North Bay and James (Lorraine) of British Columbia and mother of the heart to Kelli (Pat) Brazeau of North Bay. Cherished grandmother of Trista, Logan, Riley, Chancellor, Zachary, Jacob and Cassandra. Sheila was the dear sister of Joyce (Bob) Denault, Val (Alan) Garrett, and Wendy (Bryan) Pinkerton, all of North Bay, and Darl (Kathy) of British Columbia, Lyle (Yvonne) of Nova Scotia and predeceased by her sister and brother-in law Meryl and Elmer Foster of Feronia and brother Larry of North Bay. Her absence will be greatly felt by her beloved sister-in-law Linda and niece Kayla. Sheila will be missed by her many nieces and nephews and their children.



The Lacarte family will receive visitors at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday, April 3, 2007 from 2 to 4 pm & 7 to 9 pm with funeral services to follow on Wednesday April 4, 2007 at 2 pm at Martyn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario in memory of Sheila.
