Jackson Beverley
It is with profound sadness the family announces the sudden passing of Beverley Jackson at her home in North Bay, on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at the age of 74. For 56 years she was the beloved wife and best friend of James Jackson. She was the loving mother of Nancy Quenneville (Darren Scott) of Chatham and Darren Jackson (Diana Cameron-Jackson) of North Bay and cherished grandmother of Kaitlyn Jackson, Jacqueline Quenneville and Nicholas Cameron.  Born and raised in Rutherglen Beverley was predeceased by her parents Carl and Mildred Sullivan and her brother Garry Sullivan (the late Barbara Sullivan). She will be forever missed by her siblings Ken Sullivan (Hilda), Wesley Sullivan (Ruth), Bob Sullivan (Rosanne), Stan Sullivan (Cheryl) and Lorna Berger (Barry).  She loved spending time with her very dear friends, Dorothy and Jim Hone. In addition, she will be remembered by her former son-in-law Paul Quenneville and her former daughter-in-law Chantal Anderson. She will be forever remembered by uncles, aunts, many nieces and nephews, cousins and so many close friends who cherished her kindness and loving ways. Beverley will also be missed by her furry companion, Buddy. For over 20 years, she worked for the Nipissing Board of Education. Beverley was also known by her family and friends for her supporting ways. She loved spending time at her cottage on Talon Lake with family and close friends. She looked forward to family gatherings, including sing-a-longs with her siblings, listening to a variety of music and playing the piano. “Nana” was so supportive of her grandchildren’s sports and other interests and was always the first one there to cheer them on, rain or shine. She loved baking, knitting, crocheting and playing cards. Beverley was always there for her family. She had a beautiful smile that would light up any room.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place.  In leu of flowers donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy. Arrangements entrusted to Basic Cremation Services.
