Peacefully at home on Wednesday December 27th 2006 in her 84th year. Margaret, a lifetime residence of North Bay, was the loving mother of Allan (Elsie) and Ian (Lise) of North Bay. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Charles, Bradley and Heather as well as many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Joe in 1952, her brothers Edgar, Russell, Boyd, Harold (Butch) Empie and sister Judy Wharram. Survived by sisters Alice Setchell (Russ) of North Bay and Gert Kemp of Madoc.
Family received friends at the HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES 362 Airport Rd. on Saturday December 30th 2006 from 2 until 4 pm. Graveside service will be held in the spring at a later date.
Donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Northern Cancer Research Center.
