COSGROVE, Joseph 'Jay'

At North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site, Sunday, August 20, 2006. Jay Cosgrove beloved husband of the late Rosemarie Lafontaine in his 92nd. year. Dearly loved father of Peter Cosgrove (Debbie) of Tillsonburg, Wayne (Kathy) of Atlanta , Georgia , Jay (Margaret) of Trout Creek and Kathy Cosgrove of Oakville. Lovingly remembered by 7 grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Patrick Cosgrove and sisters Frances McColgan and Mary Celina Cosgrove.



Jay was the former Fire Chief of Widdifield Fire Dept. and retired as chief fire prevention officer.



Family receiving friends at the McGUINTY FUNERAL HOME, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Peter the Apostle Church, Wednesday at 10 a.m. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
