BRAUND, Dorothy

Passed away peacefully after a brief illness at North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site, on Thursday, December 7, 2006 enveloped in love with family at her side. Dorothy (née Bunston) was the beloved wife of the late Edward “Ted” Braund and loved mother of Bob (Wendy) of Windsor, N.S. and Jim (Susan) of North Bay. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Robert, Regan, Allan- Cleary, Andrea, Ruairi, Ashley and Jimmy. She will be sadly missed by special friend Joe and Johanne McCauley. Dorothy always had a hug, a smile, something nice to say about everyone; she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Predeceased by her parents and one grand-daughter, Courtney.



Family and friends may pay their respects at McGUINTY FUNERAL HOME, Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted at McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel, Monday at 11:15 a.m. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Canadian Diabetes Association would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
