On June 1, at 9:45 a.m., Nipissing West OPP responded to a threats complaint at a residence on Third Street in Sturgeon Falls.
At 12:10 p.m., officers located and arrested a man.
Kyle Adams-Froggett, 27, from West Nipissing, is charged with uttering threats - cause death.
Adams-Froggett was released by way of an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on September 3 in Sturgeon Falls.
