On April 8, at approximately 8 p.m., members of the North Bay OPP attended a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 17, Bonfield Township.
Upon further investigation, the driver of the vehicle, Andrew Lay, age 28, of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, was arrested and charged with:
- Driving While Ability Impaired – Motor Vehicle,
- Driving with More Than 80 Mgs. of Alcohol in Blood,
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay, on April 19, 2016, to answer to his charges.
