News release: Now in its third year of operation, www.northeasthealthline.ca continues to set new benchmarks for success in providing the public, patients and health care providers with information about health care resources available in communities across northeastern Ontario.
From April to December 2015, the website registered:
Over 525,000 page views
More than 230,000 site visits
150,000+ unique visitors
A number of new features are also in the works which will add value for both visitors and health system partners alike.
“We have just launched a Community Support Services regional sub-site, and will be rolling out a new mini-site in conjunction with ConnexOntario that deals specifically with resources for mental health and addictions,” affirms Mathieu Litalien, Manager, Care Coordination, North East CCAC. “The healthline website has become one of the most comprehensive healthcare resource guides available in the province and has proven to be a real catalyst for partnership building across the North East.”
Litalien points out that the website now hosts over 3000 health care partners who use www.northeasthealthline.ca to share news about upcoming events, information sessions, and even career opportunities with the thousands of citizens who visitwww.northeasthealthine.ca on a regular basis.
