Members of the Nipissing West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a domestic disturbance incident at a property on Deer Lake Road, Municipality of West Nipissing on June 27 around 10:30 p.m.
The OPP say Ithe investigation revealed the accused suspect caused damage to the cabin as well as the victim's vehicle.
As a result, a 24-year-old person, from Sudbury, was arrested and charged with:
- Mischief - Domestic (Two Counts), contrary to section 430(4) of the Criminal Code.
The accused was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on September 3, 2020 in West Nipissing.
