OPP seekig assistance in locating a federal offender

TORONTO, ON) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting public assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of Breach of Parole.

Jeffery YOUMANS is described as a 43 year old male, 6’,2” (188 cm’s),190 lbs,(86 kgs.) blue eyes and red hair.

He has numerous tattoos on his body including a tear drop under the left eye.

He is serving a 5 year sentence for Manslaughter.

This offender has an extensive criminal record with convictions for offences that include violence.

The public should exercise extreme caution if they encounter this offender.

He was last seen in Toronto and may be traveling to the Sudbury area.
