The local YBC youth bowling league will hold registration for the upcoming season at Partners Bowling on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 from 6 pm to 8 pm. It will also be held on Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
The first day of bowling is on Saturday, September 12th at 9 am (ages 10 and under) and 11 am (ages 11 to 19).
Bowling in a youth bowling league offers the member many benefits. Youngsters get active with regular, moderate exercise and improve their coordination, balance and motor skills.
The team dynamics of bowling also helps to improve social skills through positive interaction with peers.
The concepts and importance of sportsmanship and fair play are reinforced by coaches and volunteers.
Bowlers learn about setting personal goals for themselves and receive achievement awards throughout the season in recognition of personal and team accomplishments.
