Former North Bay resident Dominique Bouchard captured her second silver medal at the Pan Am games as the former North Bay Y Titans swimmer along with teammates Noemie Thomas, Rachel Nicol, and Chantal Van Landeghem won silver in the 4 x 100 Medley Relay on Saturday night.

Bouchard and her Canadian teammates finished 1.98 seconds behind the first place Americans who captured gold.

The win was a great way to finish off a successful Pan Am Games for Bouchard, who won silver in the 200 M backstroke on Wednesday, a fourth place finish in the 100 M backstroke Friday and the silver relay medal today.

Bouchard doesn't have much time to rest as she will be heading overseas to Russia shortly to compete in the World Championships.
