NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL AND GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual and general meeting of Members of the North Bay & District Trappers Hockey Association (the "Association") will be held at the West Ferris Arena Auditorium, 42 Gertrude Street East, North Bay, Ontario on Monday, June 8th, 2015, 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
1. Call to Order and Approval of the Agenda;
2. Verification of voting powers and credentials;
3. President’s welcome address;
4. Approval of the minutes of the previous annual and general meeting of the Membership;
5. Receiving President’s annual report;
6. Receiving Secretary’s annual report;
7. Receiving Treasurer’s annual report;
8. Business Arising from outstanding correspondence;
9. To receive and approve the report of the Auditor of the Association for the fiscal year ended May 31st, 2014;
10. To appoint the Auditor for the ensuing year;
11. To ratify and approve all acts taken by the directors and officers on behalf of the Association from June 1st, 2014 to May 31st, 2015;
12. To consider, and if thought appropriate, to approve the revised Constitution / By-Law No. 1 of the Association;
13. To elect or appoint new directors of the Association;
14. To review, consider and transact such other business that relates to the business of the Annual General Meeting; and
15. Adjournment.
