Nairobi Adu from Martingrove Collegiate Institute, Lance Rodr‎iques from West Humber Collegiate Institute and Duvontae Spencer from Blessed Mother Teresa Catholic Secondary School have chosen to relocate from the greater Toronto area to study and play basketball at Canadore come September.

‎Adu, a 6’2” guard, has played Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) basketball for Grassroots Elite Canada and in the  Ontario Basketball Association (OBA) for Motion West.

“I’m very focused and determined to be a part of a school that's willing to make a great impact on me,” said Adu.

“I feel very lucky for the opportunity Canadore is giving me, so I will cherish it and not take advantage of it in any way. I want to grow as a student, and as an athlete. I’m really looking forward to playing ball for Canadore and I’ll do my best to help build the Panther program.”

Six foot point guard Rodriques also played AAU basketball for Grassroots Elite Canada.
