The Novice 'A' Legion 599 Trappers finished off a successful season this weekend.
The Novice Trappers went undefeated in the round robin portion of the NDHL playoffs over the past week with ties against the West Nipissing Sting and the North Bay Trappers Engraving Shoppe while beating the Powassan Hawks with a hard fought 2-1 win.
The Trappers then faced a strong West Nipissing Sting team in the finals on Sunday but came up short with a 3-0 loss.
The team includes Nicolas Corbeil, Jamie Desrosiers, Grayden Robertson-Palmer, Gavin Thibodeau, Carter Thibodeau, Jack Flichel, Kyle Cameron, David Lashbrook, Anthony Backer, Tristan Koch, Ayden Thomason, Benjamin Mason, Kyle Harling, Michael Purkhart, and Dylan Turcotte.
