Voodoos can't claw past Wildcats

MacLean and teammate Cole Hepler scored goals less than a minute apart in the 3rd period to give the home side a 4-1 lead. 

The Voodoos didn't give up as Jacob Erwin scored just over two and  half minutes after MacLean and Steve Harland made it a 1-goal game at 18:14. 

That goal extended the Battalion prospect's season high point scoring streak to 23 games.   Harland sits third in NOJHL league scoring with 33 goals and 34 assists good for 67 points in 38 games this season.  

Michael Silveri had the other Voodoos goal as the Voodoos dropped to 12-19-0-7 on the season.  

Voodoos netminder Matt Young made 35 saves in the loss.  

The Voodoos have a break now, as their next action is Wednesday, February 4th as they host the visiting Mattawa Blackhawks.  Puck drop is set for 7:00 p.m.
