North Bay Snowmobile Speed Runs are back this weekend on Lake Nipissing.
Registration will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Sunset Beach entrance to Lake Nipissing. Spectators can watch the radar runs at no cost while seeing numerous customized sleds in action.
North Bay Snowmobile Speed Runs (NBSSR) has made entry with Guinness World Record for the fastest snowmobile on ice on a 2000 ft. ice track.
Now racers run for a top speed on a reduced ice track of 1320 ft.
