Temiscaming Titans perfect in 2015

The Temiscaming Titans (27-5-1) have started the new year with four straight victories with their recent win being Sunday night in Bradford against the Rattlers. The Titans beat the Rattlers 4-1 on Sunday.

The Titans led 3-0 after the first on goals by M-A Arseneau, Markus Haugom-Mossin and Sebastian Knutsson. 

They increased the lead to 4-0 with a second period goal on the power play by Haugom-Mossin’s, his second of the game. 

The Rattlers broke Craig Wood’s shutout bid with a goal about 6 minutes into the final period. 

Wood, with the win is now tied for 1st with 14 victories. 

New head coach Tyler Fines has the Titans working on both ends of the ice and it shows as they have scored 21 goals and only allowed 2 in the stretch of four games.

The Titans sit in second place in the north division 5 points behind Seguin with the Titans having two games in hand. 

Friday night at the Centre, the Titans edged the Bradford Bulls 3-1 outshooting them 60-12 in the process. Goals from Markus Haugom-Mossin, Martin Jacobsson and Ryder Murray were enough the seal the win.

Joshua Martin, who came to the Titans from the Dryden Ice Dogs earned his first GMHL win.
