The Powassan Hawks Peewee Rep team was victorious last weekend at the 5th Annual PMHA Peewee Tournament, held at the Powassan Sportsplex.
The Hawks faced off against the West Nipissing Sting in the finals in an epic back and forth battle.
Both teams battled until the final buzzer, with the Hawks holding onto their 2-1 lead to take the gold.
The Hawks team includes: Bryce Chase, Hannah Conrad, Van Doughty, Chris Essery, Cameron Haskell, Noah Hoyt, Derrick Mogridge, Jacob Myers, Joe Stewart, Graeme Turcotte, Riley Young, and Trey Young, with Coaching staff of Joe Myers, Brian Turcotte, Jamie Young, Shawn Essery, Patti Turcotte, and Cally Essery.
