Wood and Team OHL with impressive win over Russians

London Knights forward Max Domi scored twice for Team OHL which included 12 new players for Game 4 of the series.  

Josh Ho-Sang, just traded from Windsor to Niagara late last week, dazzled the crowd with a highlight reel penalty shot goal which gave Team OHL a 4-0 lead near the mid-point of the second period. 

The Bulls' Remi Ellie and the Storm's Jason Dickinson also scored for Team OHL.   

Wood started the game playing alongside Oshawa Generals rival defenceman Mitchell Vande Sompel.  

The 6'5", 217 pound defenceman has recorded 6 goals and 3 assists in 19 games this season with the Battalion.  

Former Battalion assistant coach John Goodwin joined head coach Scott Walker behind the bench for Team OHL Monday night.  

The Russians still lead the Subway Super series 3 games to 1 as Team OHL, which included Nick Paul, lost game 3 of the series 4-0 last Thursday in Peterborough.  

Team Russia beat the WHL All-Stars 3-2 and 3-2 in Game's 1 and 2 of the Super Series. 

The 6-game series will conclude with two contests (Nov. 18th & 20th) against the best from the QMJHL.
