The North Bay Y Titans travelled to Sault Ste Marie on Nov. 7 and competed in a three day invitational swim meet at the John Rhodes Community Centre Pool.
Twenty six swimmers in all age categories represented North Bay. Great Job to Jenna Wall and Josh Gough for winning 'high point' in their age categories.
Honorable mentions go to Zoe Gange and Emma Cook for participating in their first swim meet. Also, to Sheila MacDougall, Lexie Mitchell, and Evan Kilroy for swimming their first morning sessions as 'Seniors'.
Xander Barrett, William Fraser, Joshua Gough, Evan Kilroy, Alexis Mitchell and Jenna Wall placed in the top four finishes for all of their races. The majority of swimmers swam in at least eight races throughout the weekend.
Titans placing first place in at least one of their races are Sheldon Kilroy and Grace Liritzis.
Titans making second place finishes were: Jacob Brost, Steve Cholette, Emma Lodge, Sheila MacDougall and Regine Wyss.
Leah Dawson, Abbey Krajc and Drew Stephenson finished third in at least one of their races.
Swimmers making personal best times: Julie Jonescu, Olivia McCauley, Madison Piper, Ayden Ryk, Karly Saile, Quinn Schroeder, Jorn Van Leemput and Katelyn Warner.
The North Bay Y Titans host teams from the Northeast Division at the second developmental meet of the season at the YMCA on November 22nd and 23rd, 2014.
